New work covers the front, left and right elevations, the bi-fold gate, the service door, and a full standing-seam metal roof over the entire footprint.     Review & approve this proposal - confirm scope, timeline and budget. Any adjustments can be discussed before the agreement is signed.

    Sign the Project Agreement - HelloHOME issues a formal renovation agreement covering scope, timeline, payment schedule and variation procedures.
  • 3
    Pay the initial deposit - J$3,071,250 (54%) due on signing - covers 100% of materials & fixtures plus 50% of labour. This confirms your start date and unlocks procurement.
  • 4
    Design walkthrough - within the first week we confirm tile selections, vanity finish, fixture choices, paint colours and wood stain before anything is ordered.
  • 5
    Works commence - demolition and site prep begins, with HelloHOME coordinating all trades from day one through to final handover.
